COVID Policy
We understand that planning events with the ongoing pandemic has been difficult. To make your day as stress-free as possible, we allow you to reschedule your event should COVID restrictions affect your vision of your special day.
Under these policies, you are allowed to move your date within 12 months of the originally booked date at no additional cost with the following understandings:
– Change of date so long as the date you wish to reschedule to is available
– The new date must be of equal or lesser value in regards to rental cost
– You must notify our offices of this date change at least 90 days prior to your event
Regular Cancellation Policy
Notice of cancellation must be in writing and is subject to the following charges:
00 – 30 days notice of cancellation – 100% of total contract value.
31 – 90 days notice of cancellation – 75% of total contract value.
91 – 180 days notice of cancellation – 50% of total contract value.
181 or more days notice of cancellation – 25% of total contract value.
In the event of government imposed restrictions, an economic shut down, state of emergency or a Force Major, any and all cancellation fees will be waived. Deposits are non-refundable, however, we will transfer the full deposit towards a new function date mutually agreed to by the venue manager and the Client. The new function must be of equal or greater value and within 6 months from the original date

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit https://www.madisongreenhouse.ca/ (the “Site”).
PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site.
